Prospect Email Drip Series
This is the email series dripped to prospects once they get on my list (by completing a free estimate request or download a freebie from my website). I use ActiveCampaign for the automated drip. I also have these articles as blogs on my website… so you are welcome to use as emails, but please don’t publish to your website as it will hurt my (and your) SEO efforts because of duplicated content.
Project Request Email 1
I send this email once a prospect has responded to a cold message OR to any prospects coming through my website via form or phone

I send this email after the prospect responds to Email 1 and completes the Preliminary Questionnaire

This is the email I send to the client once they decide to move forward AND I have received first half payment.

Preliminary Questionnaire
Have potential clients complete this questionnaire in order to create an estimate for the website. I have this questionnaire on my website as a form and send as a link along with Project Email 1. Once project moves forward, the answers are pasted into the Google Drive folder.
Extended Questionnaire
Once a project is moving forward, have client complete this questionnaire for additional info to make their website awesome. I have this questionnaire on my website as a form and send as a link along with the Project Start Email. Once completed, the answers are pasted into the Google Drive folder.

I am NOT A LAWYER and am in no way responsible for YOUR website agreements. Here is one I have used. I typically do NOT use contracts as I believe email trail serves that purpose, but if you want one, work with a lawyer to create one that works for you.
