When a problem arises at work, you…
*
Go to your boss with the problem. They will know what to do!
Take it into your own hands and find or create a solution.
Stew over the problem until it either goes away or someone else takes care of it.
What are your thoughts on fonts?
*
The more the merrier! Papyrus is one of my faves.
I recognize when fonts look good together or awkward or even tacky. I appreciate a well-designed menu or beer label.
I'm a font-a-holic. I search for new fonts often and can accidentally spend an hour on a font site. I'm silently judging your font choice right now...
Most fonts look kinda similar, don't they? I mean - what's a serif anyway?

Why would you want to become a freelance web designer anyway?
*
To make more money! Dolla dolla bills y'all!
I'd love to run a successful business and give back by helping to improve the world around me.
To be my own boss and set my own schedule.
To stop working for 'the man.' I can't stand taking orders.
How well do you deal with setbacks?
*
Not well. I'm sensitive, what can I say?
I'm adaptable and roll with the punches. With every setback comes opportunity.
I struggle, but hope for the best!
I don't like them but power through.
When working on a project, your focus is on...
*
Keeping the decision-makers happy. The client is always right even if I hate how it turns out!
Sharing my talents. I like to leave my mark on the project. I'm excellent at what I do.
Collaborating with others involved to make the project the best it can be. I like to provide input but am not heartbroken when my suggestions are not used.
Doing my part and staying out of the rest. I don't like drama.
How much work would you be willing to put into creating a successful web design business?
*
A few hours a week
A few hours a day
Maybe 15 hours a week - but not weekends
Whatever it takes. Push hard now for more freedom later!
