Kelly Diekmann
Business Instructor
Kelly is owner of KDesign. She has an MBA with a Marketing emphasis from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and a BS in Information Systems with minors in Math, Spanish and Art from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
What sets Kelly apart from other freelancers is her ability to truly partner with her clients, providing them with a level of service that they rarely experience with typical vendors and contractors.
Kelly and her husband Casey have three daughters and two dogs – you may hear them in the background of the course videos! She loves being outdoors and chatting up anyone who will listen about business!
John Wooten
Technical Instructor
John is owner of Artillery. Frustrated with his 8-5 job, he started Artillery and began freelancing at night and on the weekends. After 6 months he was able to quit his job and make the switch to being his own boss and never looked back.
Freelancing allowed John to tour full-time in a band for several years. He would build websites while traveling on the tour bus on the road. He still tours 50-60 dates a year with his band VOTA.
He and his wife Corryne, and daughter Journey, love traveling the country, especially the mountains of Colorado. He loves talking entrepreneurship and everything drums.
